- Chlorosis appears to originate on the leaf tip margins and mid-rib
- Purpling occurs along the margins and ventral side of lower leaves
- Plants with chlorosis and purpling have chlorosis that appears to originate on leaf tip and move down the center. Purpling is restricted to the mid-rib
